Planning and Design

I started by designing the kitchen in cad - as Ikea didn't stock the colour we wanted we decided to install white door fronts and get them professionally painted

Installing the Cabinets

The first step was installing the wall brackets that the cabinets hang from.
With those in place, I assembled and hung all 47 cabinets.

Once everything was up, I made sure the cabinets were completely level and square before fixing them together.
The trickiest part was cutting and fitting the filler panels to close any gaps — these had to be carefully scribed around uneven surfaces like the ceiling and walls.

Finally, I added the doors and adjusted the hinges to get consistent spacing.
