Planning and Design

I started by planning every route in AutoCAD. With over 300 individual cable runs this was essential to ensure I had enough cable and missed no cable runs.

Building Cabinets

To make the cabinets, I cut down MDF sheets and assembled them with glue and screws.

Finishing Cabinets

Each cabinet was sanded multiple times before being primed and painted. I repeated this process until I achieved a smooth, even finish.

The Worktop

I made the worktop out of pine sheets, laminating them together for additional strength. Once glued, I sanded the entire surface flat before applying a wood finish.

Test Fit

Before final delivery, I test-fitted the assembled desk in my own kitchen (See Kitchen Install Here →) to confirm alignment and stability.
This ensured a perfect installation once transported to its final location.
